Most Crafts by Debbie Lea offers USPS Standard or Priority Shipping anywhere in the United States. I've added different shipping options so choose according to your needs by using shipping drop down menu while in checkout.
The shipping prices shown are for the first item any additional items do cost less. Standard Shipping ranges from 3 to 10 days and Priority Delivery within 2 to 3 days in most cases. All shipments will have tracking information sent via e-mail.
I promise to pack your items to the best of my ability so that it reaches you in the best possible condition.
As unfortunate as it is... CraftsbyDebbieLea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I get delivery confirmation numbers to each order. Shipping insurance is provided automatically with Priority shipping.
Payment in full is required before I create any custom orders. I accept and prefer PayPal. I also accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
RETURNS meaning unopened, undamaged items that are in original sell-able condition may be sent back for a refund, minus shipping costs, for up to 7 days after the date of purchase.
All Holiday blocks can not be returned after the holiday. Holiday returns must be postmarked 1 week prior to the holiday. I am unable to take returns on custom items created specifically for you, however, customers who receive a damaged item may choose between a refund and the replacement of the damaged item. Items damaged in shipping will be refunded completely, or replaced with the exact same product, your choice up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Photos documenting the damaged item upon arrival to the "SHIP TO" address are required to process a refund or a replacement. Refunds/replacements cannot be processed without photo documentation.
