This ring sizer is for UK sizes only.

To use you simply thread one end into the other to make a circle, you then slip it onto the finger you wish to measure. Tighten the sizer so that it sits comfortably on your finger (as you would want a ring to fit) and then read the size indicated.

If you wish to purchase one of my rings and are not sure of your size, please purchase one of these and once you order your ring I will refund you the cost of the sizer.


FAQs

Personalised orders - please be aware that once I have started on a personalised order they cannot be cancelled. Also personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If this is the case please contact me in the first instance and I will work with you to solve the problem.

I ship all orders securely packaged so there should be no damage to your order. If you require gift wrapping please check the box provided. If you would like a message on a little gift card I am happy to provide that free of charge.

In line with the EU distance selling directive I will refund returns in full but you must contact me prior to returning your order within 14 days and return the item with 21 days of receipt. If the item is damaged/faulty I will be happy to refund your shipping costs & you will have the choice of having a full refund or for me to send a replacement. Refunds will only be made once I have received the item in original box & unworn. If you are returning an item because you have a change of mind please be aware that I cannot refund the shipping costs and I can only refund once I have received the item so you may wish to purchase shipping method that gives tracking information. Earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons.

If your item has not been received within the expected delivery time please contact me in the first instance and also contact your local post office to see if it has been held up for any reason At very busy times of the year, especially during the Christmas period please be aware that items WILL take longer to be delivered. Based on my experience shipping times to, for example, the USA may take two, three or more times as long as usual to be delivered. You may want to bear this in mind when ordering. If it appears the item has indeed been lost I will send a replacement as soon as possible.

If you wish to upgrade your shipping please contact me in the first instance unless there is an upgrade already listed. If you do not choose to upgrade your item will NOT be tracked. If you choose the Royal Mails special delivery service please note that this means it guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the day after it is posted, NOT the day after it is ordered. Please refer to shipping times for the product you have ordered.

If your order is urgent please contact me prior to ordering to see if I am able to fulfil your order within the time required - I will do my utmost to assist but please contact me first.

By UK law any precious metal items i.e. Sterling silver, fine silver etc that weighs over 7 grams and gold that weighs over 1 gram MUST be hallmarked. I'm registered with the Assay Office in Birmingham, England and every piece of my silver jewellery over 7g or gold that weighs over 1 gram has my 'sponsor' mark as well as the Assay Office mark and a mark to confirm the silver or gold content. This gives reassurance that what you are buying is indeed genuine. If you are purchasing something under the weight limits I can arrange hallmarking at your request but please note this will incur extra cost & will take longer to process.

I will only accept returns for items that are faulty or if you have a change of mind, where the item is unworn and in its original box/pouch. In both instances please contact me first letting me know what the problem is within 7 days of receipt and when we have agreed the return, please send the item back within 2 weeks. Important!: Please mark your parcel 'RETURN' so that no import charges are made as if charges are made I will have no alternative but to subtract that amount from your refund. I can only refund once I have received the item back in it's original packaging. If you have changed your mind I cannot refund shipping costs. I do not accept returns of earrings (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons.

If you have a query about anything with regard to my shop or a particular item please do not hesitate to contact me. I will get back to you as soon as possible but I'm not always able to respond to queries after 8pm GMT (Greenwich mean time) I will answer your query the next morning.
