An unlined tutu top is see-through and a lined tutu top has soft lining on the inside for added comfort and coverage

I base my tutu dresses off of length and what size your child currently wears in tops. All children come in different heights, so make sure to read the full item description and measure when possible. This information will tell you how long I make each dress (from armpit on down the leg). Any full-length requests are extra. For tutu skirts, I use a standard sizing chart for the waist. Always measure prior to ordering 😊

Measure around the widest part of the chest (i.e.: where the bust is) to ensure a nice fit tutu top.

Most of the items you'll find in my shop are customizable depending on current stock.

Unfortunately I do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Everything is shipped in a polymailer envelope - or if you're purchasing two or more items (excludes small items such as accessories) they will be shipped in either a polymailer or box

The current processing/production time will be found directly on the listing you're interested in (depending on which method of technology you're using). Each listing varies! For example: "ready to ship in 2 weeks" means it leaves my hands in 2 weeks. Please allow an additional 3-5+ business days (up to 10 business days) for your item to reach you within the U.S. (priority shipping upgrade is available at checkout and comes with tracking and insurance). Priority shipping is 2-4 business days. Production time not included. Select items will automatically be shipped via Priority mail to protect its contents. In the event of needing to exchange an item, you the buyer, are responsible for shipping the item back through USPS (with insurance) within 1 week, no exceptions. If accepted (must be unworn, unaltered, and cleared for resale) you may re-purchase your new item and will be liable to cover all shipping charges. Please note, you will be required to wait the current production time as I always have orders in line. See FAQ for return information

Never put your handcrafted items in the washing machine! Gently dab with a damp rag and spot dry. Hang, finger comb, and air dry. I personally use lotion to tame the tulle or 1/2 fabric softener and 1/2 water; spritz the tutu portion and finger comb some wrinkles out. Do not spray the ribbon as it will stain As a tutu maker, I understand certain weather can affect the tulle, specifically during colder months. Use the above instructions to help tame the tulle

I do offer shipping for international orders upon request (outside of the U.S.). Standard shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks or longer, plus my current production time that is listed on the item you are interested in Please check your countries VAT guidelines as you may be charged a fee when you pick your package up from customs. I will not be held responsible for this fee or lost packages. Please make sure your address is up-to-date and there'sa contact/phone number on your order at checkout in case it is held at customs

I do not accept cancellations if your order has been started or items have been purchased to make your item. In the event you request to cancel the order and your order has been completed, you will only receive a refund less the cost of supplies that were used. No exceptions. A cancellation may be accepted as long as it's within 24 hours.
