With most of my items I enter the ready to ship weight in the shipping section and NOT a dollar figure. This assures you the buyer are paying the correct amount for shipping that the USPS is charging to ship the item(s). Any shipping overage or differential over $2.00 will be refunded back to the buyer's account.

Yes I do. The fee is 20% and does not apply to items that have been damaged during shipping.

If your item arrives with shipping damage contact me immediately. Save the box, contents and any packing materials. Take photos of the entire box and damaged item. The post office may or may not want to pick up the damaged item. Send the photos to me via email. I will initiate a damage claim with the post office and upload the photos to the claim center for documentation. When the claim is settled (can take up to 30 days) a refund will be issued for the amount paid by the post office. NOTE: in some cases the original shipping cost paid by the buyer is not refunded by the post office in the claim. I do not refund shipping costs in those cases.

No I do not. Most of the items I sell are one of a kind so exchanges for a similar item or a similar replacement are not possible.

Yes we do. In each listing where the item weighs over 13 ounces you can choose the priority mail shipping option. Priority mail usually takes 1-3 days for delivery. If you require a faster custom shipping method please contact me prior to purchasing the item.

As soon as I have payment confirmation your order will be shipped within 1-2 days. example: your purchase an item on a Monday night and pay for it on Tuesday morning before 3:00 PM EST. The item will ship either on Tuesday or at the latest on Wednesday. In a lot of cases your order is shipped the same day as it was paid for.

In most cases I do not. If an item is delicate or large and requires additional packing materials a handling charge will be applied to cover the cost of the extra packing materials.

It depends on the item. A lot of the items I sell look brand new with no damage or signs of use and wear. However there is a good chance that the item may have been gently used or displayed somewhere along the line. I inspect each item and describe the condition/appearance in the listing. Any handmade item I sell is brand new. All crafting supplies offered are brand new or brand new old stock.

Any item that weighs less that 13 ounces ships by USPS 1st class mail. 1st class mail costs are fixed and the amount is entered in the applicable listing. Any item over 13 ounces falls into the USPS Priority Mail category. I also offer USPS Parcel Select Ground Shipping along with Priority Mail. The ready to ship weight of an item is entered in the listing and not a dollar figure. The Etsy online shipping calculator displays the cost the selected carrier will charge to deliver the item from my location the buyer's residence. The Etsy integrated shipping calculator assures the potential customer will pay exact shipping costs and not an inflated figure.
