I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want to ensure all our customers are happy so please convo me if you have an issue with your item. Please do not place a negative comment before you have given me a chance to address the issue. If a resolution cannot be found a full refund will be given.
1. Orders may not be canceled once payment has been received.
2. I will only accept returns for items that do not fit, if you change your mind once you receive the item i will not issue a refund. You will need to provide proof that the item does not fit properly.
3. If you did not give measurements and just requested a size to be made you will not be issued a refund for items that do not fit. I can only insure custom fit if measurements are given.
