Returns & exchanges
I make my items with love and care but please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item if your are dissatisfied and we can discuss the options available. If the item is returned I will refund the cost of the item (not delivery costs unless faulty). Do not return items without contacting me first.
I have tried to represent my items as accurately as possible but there may be slight colour variations between monitors. If you are concerned over a colour match convo me as I may have some scraps of the materials I used left over that I can send.
Measurements are given in cm & inches and again I have tried to be as accurate as I can, there will only be a small variation if any.
CUSTOM ORDERS I do love making custom orders but there are a few things to bear in mind when asking me for a quote, I have been building my fabric stash for nearly 15 years and in the early days I had a habit of buying very small quantities so whilst I would be able to find a similar fabric I probably won’t have any more exactly the same. I also I try to buy my fabric on sale as to be able to offer the quilts at a more competitive price so if I am buying in fabric specifically for an order it can often be more expensive. Batiks, which are my favourites to work with, can cost up to £14 ($20) a metre. I say it would take 4 weeks to complete your quilt, it is usually quicker but since moving up north I don’t have as many quilting shops around me as I did in Wales so most of my fabric is from mail order so the extra time is allowing for postage. Depending on the cost of the cost of the quilt I would take a 50% non refunable deposit to start and then the balance on completion or we can discuss a payment plan.
