We package all orders up as if they were for the queen, we believe first impressions count and want to make sure your receive your order in the condition you expected!
We aim to dispatch your order within 4-6 business days for most of our items, some do have longer lead times please see each item for dispatch times (sorry this doesn't include weekends) we always use tracked postage as this makes sure you know exactly when to get your treats through the door plus it means if there are any problems it makes life easier! (UK orders only go signed for, international go via standard mail)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION. We now offer the shipping upgrades for all international orders. Any international order that is placed that does not go Tracked/Signed with the correct shipping upgrade will not be refunded in the event it is lost or delayed in customs. Any international orders that are selected with standard shipping will not be covered and therefore replacements/refunds cannot be offered due to the postal service issues.
PLEASE NOTE. We can not advise you on custom charges, these are payable by the buyer. If ordering overseas please see your country's custom policies for more information.
If you want to upgrade to super speed postage (well next day) just ask as we are happy to advise you on postage costs
Please report any damaged deliveries ASAP so we can get on the phone and put a rocket up their ermm.....nose :)
We can also offer postage discounts for larger orders.....just holla!
If your looking for a different amount and there's not enough in stock please just send us a little message and we can see if we can work our magic.....we aren't Harry Potter but we certainly try!
If in the very unlikely event you want to cancel your order please get in touch ASAP as once your order has been processed we cannot cancel.
Full payment is due before we dispatch any orders but you knew that anyway :)
In the unlikely event that you choose to cancel there maybe a restocking fee as sometimes we have to order supplies in just for your order so we do have to cover ours costs.
Returns & exchanges
Everything is checked before dispatch to make sure its up the our standard but if you feel unhappy about your purchase please get in touch so we can either arrange a refund/return or a alternative. We don't bite :)
If you parcel becomes lost we can refund or send out a replacement as soon as we can sometimes we are required to wait 14 days to ensure it really is long gone before we can act.
Personalised items are not-returnable and non-refundable. All personalised items are made to order.
We can make pieces on request and can also stock to trade but please contact us to have a little chat to see what we can do for you :)
None of our products are safe for little ones under the age of 12 years old.... we have small parts and some of our products look good enough to eat but they aren't! Never give these to your children (or anyone else's) as we wouldn't want anything to happen as these can pose a chocking hazard!
