Returns & exchanges

Products are shipped according to the order.
Shipping time takes me 3 to 5 working days.
I will ship the order by registered mail priority, and if the order is large enough for the cost of shipping Global Expres, I send Expres to faster shipment arrived to you.
Returns.
If the resulting product is defective or does not meet your expectations, you can return it.
On the notification that you have 14 days, and another 14 days to start shipping to me.
If the product is defective, replace it with the correct, if this is not possible, then turn to pay for the product and shipping costs.
