DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All DOMESTIC orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, with service in 1, 2, or 3 business days based on your package originating in FL (34473-8866) and your shipping location. These are delivery estimates made by USPS, however they are not guaranteed by USPS. Tracking will be included with your order at no additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
As your order is originating from the U.S. it is important that your shipping address is provided in English when you place your order. Failure to do so may result in shipping delays.
CUSTOM / DUTY / VAT FEES
International customers should be aware that there may be additional duties and customs fees that they must pay before they can receive their orders. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility to pay.

Orders are typically sent via USPS Priority Mail International. This service is estimated for arrival within 6 to 10 business days. This date is not guaranteed by the USPS and does not include 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipment.
Please note that while estimated delivery dates are 6-10 business days, some packages can take 3-5 weeks due to customs and the international climate. In such cases, especially when dealing with non – English speaking countries, we ask that the customer contact their local customs department to determine if they can locate your package before we declare it lost.
We can not represent international shipments as gifts. Purchases must be accurately described and valued at the full sales price. Please be familiar with the laws of your country.
RUSHED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you need your order right away, please select the option for USPS Priority Mail Express International during checkout. This service is guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days after shipping to select countries, including: Australia, China and Hong Kong, France (excluding Corsica and Monaco), Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Japan, Republic of Korea, Singapore, and Spain (not including the Canary Islands).
INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
Please ensure that your mailing address is correct when placing an order to avoid shipping delays and additional shipping costs. This is especially important if you have recently moved or are planning to move in the near future.
