Item details

This listing is for one skein of Maya Blue lace weight cashmere recycled yarn. The color is named for a durable blue pigment developed by the Maya Indians. Cashmere is a great yarn for any against the skin project. This yarn was recycled from a lightly worn Prive sweater, carefully unraveled, wound into skeins, washed and dried unweighted. The yarn is composed of a single strand of 2 ply yarn, with a WPI of 23 and is a lace weight yarn. Remember you can always work with multiple strands to make up a "thicker" yarn. This is how many thicker sweaters are knit commercially.

Each skein is marked if there are any knots. I do my best, but occasionally I miss a knot.
