I ship via the United States Postal Service. Once the package leaves the studio I am not able to track it other than the tracking number that is sent to you. If there are any issues with where you package is please contact your local post office with the tracking number for more information.
Combined Shipping: We’re small potatoes compared to places like Amazon and Walmart so we thought, we can totally combine shipping on multiple orders! Then we learned the hard way one too many times why it’s not a good idea….because we mess up your orders. Alas. We’re just as bummed about the logistic issue as you are because we aim to please! The one thing we can offer--low shipping rates and pretty packaging. Thank you for understanding.
Lost Orders and Address Issues: We use the United States Post Office to ship. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrect delivery of packages once there is tracking info for your order. Similarly, if your Paypal or Etsy addresses are not correct, we cannot be held responsible for those MIA packages. Should you find yourself in this position, we encourage you to take your tracking number to the PO and see what can be done.
Holding Orders: Due to the nature of being a small shop we are not able to hold packages.
PayPal is accepted for payments. If you live in Indiana, sales tax will be added. If you're local, please message me for pick-up.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Returns: Return must be requested within 5 days of receipt of package and must be delivered to Candie within 10 days of receipt. You must provide a tracking number of the return. Once item is returned you will receive a refund of the purchase price MINUS shipping. Clothing items are nonrefundable.
Exchanges: Definitely! If your item is damaged--please contact us the day it arrives. Send the product back within 3 days of receipt. Package needs to be received within 8 days of the original receipt.
What we need: -A note with your name, address and product -The tracking number of return messaged to the Etsy shop
Once item is returned you will receive a refund of the shipping cost and then we will mail out your new item. Clothing items are not able to be exchanged unless there is damage to the item.
