This is a used vintage sewing pattern, number 7394, made by Simplicity, in 1976. It includes a blouse (in views 1 or 2) with a front button closure, that has long set-in sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. The blouse has two collar versions: View 1 features "Bermuda" collar and self fabric tie bow; View 2 has only a tie collar. It also contains a pattern for two skirts: the regular length skirt view 1, or ankle length view 2. Both skirt views have side front seams, a back zipper, and a waistband. This pattern has a jacket pattern in it with two versions. View 1 jacket has a front button closing, high rounded neckline, front princess seaming, long set-in sleeves with optional button trim, and patch pockets with optional braid trim. View 2 jacket is the same, except it has optional patch pockets.

See close-up photo of the back of the envelope for further sizing measurements.
This pattern is in vintage condition; it is previously been used, so is cut. The sewing instructions are present but may be discolored and/or brittle. The envelope is in good shape, but the side seam of the envelope is split open. There may be small rips or tiny holes in the pattern due to pinning, etc. I have inspected the pattern pieces and they are all there.
Due to the fragility of this item, it will come in a ziplock plastic bag, with the pieces carefully folded outside of the envelope - I don't like to stuff them back into the envelope, that can be the new owner's pleasure. It will ship in a padded envelope to avoid any further damage to the pattern.
All the items at the Silverplate Stash have lived previous lives, and therefore, are in used vintage condition. The photographs which are included in the listing are considered part of the description.
