Postage Unless otherwise stated, postage within the UK is via second class mail or standard parcel. Larger orders are posted by tracked courier. Non UK orders are posted by airmail or courier depending on the size of the package. Depending on local services your item could take between 1 - 4 weeks to arrive. If you'd like express delivery or surface mail, let me know and I will work out a price for you.

Postage for Multiple Purchases If you are planning an event and would like to purchase several items, it is more cost effective to use a courier. Considerable amounts can be saved by buying multiple items and posting by courier. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. My standard airmail methods do not include tracking or insurance for porcelain. If you require additional insurance or tracking, you will need to purchase one of the following: Airsure, International Signed for, Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery. Should you want tracking/additional insurance for your order, please contact me for rates and wait for me to send you a revised price before placing your order. I am happy to always get a reasonable costing if there are several items.
If you require me to store a box (ex) for more than 10 days , I charge £10 per week for this service and invoice the £10 at the beginning of the 11th day. The £10 is not refundable.

Additional return information
Refunds I like to think that I package my items very well, but if they arrive damaged or broken and any insurance is invalid then I will compensate you for the broken items with a full refund. Before any refund is given I will need photographic evidence. If the broken item was part of a set I can only refund for the actual item, not the whole set. All items are very well packed so unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded. All the items I sell are over 20 years old, some much more. I try to describe the condition of items as accurately as possible and recommend that you enlarge all photos. However, by their very nature, vintage items may have small flaws, such as rough edges, missing glazing or small areas of missing colour and wear to the pattern. Where these are obvious, I will point them out and try to include a photograph in the listing. In general these variations are part of the charm of vintage china. Get in touch if you would like additional photos or have questions. I do not accept returned goods unless they have been incorrectly described. I cannot refund your postage costs in these circumstances. Please contact me before returning any items so that shipping instructions can be provided.
Reservations If you are purchasing a number of items to take advantage of combined shipping rates, then I can reserve an item while I remove the postage before payment. ALL reserved items must be paid for within 48 hours. After this time I will assume the item is no longer required and without notifying you, the reservation will be removed. Under certain circumstances I can extend the reservation period - please get in touch if you need an extension.
I often have more than one item in stock additional to those I've listed, so if you need additional items, it's worth asking.
