This is a used vintage sewing pattern, number 4800, made by McCall's in 1975. It is for a misses high-waisted dress or top, with three different variations. All three have a back zipper, a scoop neckline, loop braid trim, and purchased cording drawn through the front opening of the bodice. Dress A has contrast overlay in the bodice front, skirt front, and ruffle 1. It also has long sleeves with ruffles. Dress B has short sleeves with no ruffle, a lower tuck and a gathered cap. The bottom of Dress B has a ruffle. Top C has long sleeves with ruffles.
Misses size 10 Bust 32 1/2 inches
See close-up photo of the back of the envelope for further sizing measurements.
This pattern is in vintage condition; it is previously been used, so is cut. The sewing instructions are present but may be discolored and/or brittle. The envelope is in good vintage condition. There may be small rips or tiny holes in the pattern due to pinning, etc. I have inspected the pattern pieces and they are all there.
Due to the fragility of this item, it will come in a ziplock plastic bag, with the pieces carefully folded outside of the envelope - I don't like to stuff them back into the envelope, that can be the new owner's pleasure. It will ship in a padded envelope to avoid any further damage to the pattern.
All the items at the Silverplate Stash have lived previous lives, and therefore, are in used vintage condition. The photographs which are included in the listing are considered part of the description.
