Sharing / Freebies: You may NOT design anything to share or give away in online or offline groups / forums. It goes without saying that you must also NEVER SHARE OR GIVE AWAY with anyone any purchases you make as this is illegal.
~ You must design / create something new that you sell as an individual digital or tangible / handcrafted item or use for yourself (personal use). You can never offer the clipart "as is" in any projects or items you create
You CANNOT:
- Create SVG / cutting files (of any type) to sell.
- Create paper piecing products that you sell.
- Create blog or website templates that you sell. You may only create them for your own personal use (website or blog).
- Include clipart "as is" as you must design / incorporate the clipart into your own project / design
- Change colors or colorize the clipart.
- Design line art / outlines / digi stamps with the clipart.
- Design sticker packs to sell as a stand alone product.
-Design or sell embroidery/applique files
-No mass production of any kind

You CAN use any Marjorie Ann Designs patterns (paper piecing files) to create handmade projects for personal or commercial use. If the patterns are used for commercial use (selling completed projects like layouts, cards, paper piecings etc)

What you CANNOT Do:
You cannot use any item or part to create kits or part of a kit for resale.
You cannot use any item or part to create another digital product or image
You cannot use as free files for sharing in public forums/groups
You cannot alter or auto trace any item or part to create images for sharing or resale
You cannot use any item or part to create printed products or patterns for resale
You cannot sell the files as you receive them You cannot create embroidery digitizing or any embroidery files
Terms Of Use-Clipart Included In Each File
All of the clipart included with the cutting files patterns can be used for PU / CU / S4H / S4O. All clip art images are high quality 300 dpi and come in transparent (PNG) format
These are very large graphics that will work well for printed projects.
The Clipart may be used for personal or commercial use without a license. However, you must create something new with the art
The Clipart is great for designing most printable paper crafts, card making / card makers, teacher lessons, digi scrapping elements and much more!
They cannot be sold as you receive them
No cutting files, print and cut files, scripts or tubes may be made from these clipart collections.You cannot create embroidery digitizing or any embroidery files
