I generally ship once or twice a week, by USPS priority domestically or First Class post for international orders or jewelry, depending on the size and weight of the package. I refund shipping costs if I have overestimated by more than $2. If you would like me to insure the package please let me know in the note to seller on your purchase, and I will revise your invoice to include the insurance charge.
International shipping is by First Class Post. ****There is NO tracking available for this service. If you require tracking this means shipping by Priority which will increase your shipping costs by 3 or 4 times the cost of First Class.
International packages will require a customs form with the value of your purchase. Depending on your country's policies you may be charged a customs duty.
Please note: I am no longer shipping to BUYERS in CHINA, VIETNAM, THAILAND, MALAYSIA, AND INDONESIA.

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact me immediately if you have a question or concern about your purchase. I accept returns within 7 days of purchase.
I do not include any receipts or invoices in the package, you can print out your etsy receipt from your own computer, if you need. I don't giftwrap. (sorry!) I will gladly include a note if it is a gift. I reuse and recycle packing materials wherever I can.
