My "door" is always open through email should you have any questions about my shop turn around time for any item!
I typically ship my wreaths and "heavier" (over 2 lbs) through FedEX. Items under 2lbs will either ship USPS first class or Priority.
I now accept International orders! If you live outside the U.S please feel free to contact me for a shipping quote. However, any and all tariffs and fees are your responsibility.

Immediate payment is expected. I will not customize or ship anything until payment is received in full. However, I'm HAPPY to brainstorm ideas and spend the time you need to feel comfortable before payment!
I accept Paypal for payment at this time or Echecks through paypal. Payment clearance will be needed for any items to be shipped or production start. If you are not able to pay through those methods, I will accept money orders on a rare occasion but payment in full is required before production will start. Convo me if you're in need of this payment method.
During certain times I will offer special discounts and deals! I will do this through ETSY's 'coupon system' . If you purchase an item during one of these sales it is UP TO YOU to enter the code at checkout. For many reasons, I'm sorry, but I can not "refund the difference" after an item has been paid for if you don't use the code. If you see something you love but need to make payments, I totally understand and I'm happy to set that up! There will be a small additional fee for "installment" purchases. Production will not begin until payment in full.
Returns & exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL once packaging/shipment has been done. However customer satisfaction is my #1 priority so I'll try to work with you if there's ever an issue.
Custom orders are not refundable. I am happy to spend as much time as necessary to research and discuss your order before you pay to make sure you are comfortable at the time of payment. I'm not one of those sellers who will just stop emailing when they've written "enough" or feel like they are too busy. I'M NEVER TOO BUSY FOR MY CUSTOMERS! EVER!
If you'd like insurance on your item, I'm happy to add it for the additional charge.

Please allow for slight color variations (from pictures to in person) when purchasing wreaths. Sometimes lighting can play funny tricks. I try my very hardest to accurately and thoroughly describe every item and if you ever need/want more pictures than are shown I probably have them! Just convo me !
