If purchased through Paypal, I have to ship to the address entered at the time of purchase. No address changes are possible. The order will need to be repurchased with the corrected address in the ship to information. If a package is returned because of the wrong address being given, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.

First class is estimated at 2-7 business days but can take up to 15 business days. Priority is estimated at 2-3 business days. This is only an estimate. No guarantees can be made. Priority Express is 1-2 business days. USPS does offer money back guarantee.

Please remember to take your jewelry off when using water or cleaning products. You should also apply body lotions and perfume at least 15 minutes before wearing your jewelry. When not being worn, it should be stored in a closed jewelry box or bag. All jewelry and accessories are not recommended for children under the age of 10. Small pieces may be used and are not recommended.

I do not stamp the back due to the hand stamping process. It causes scuffing and would scuff the front.

Processing time and shipping times are completely different. The shipping time is the time it takes for the postal service to deliver your package. The processing time is the time it takes for me to process your order.

Delays from the post office will not be refunded. I am not responsible for this but I will do my best to help you fix the situation.

All packages will be sent via USPS First Class or Priority Domestic and USPS First Class or Priority International. Insurance and Tracking is provided on all shipments. I do provide upgraded shipping.

Mail times from USPS for Domestic shipping:
USPS First Class Mail - Estimated 2-7 days for delivery but can take up to 15 days.
USPS Priority Mail - Estimated 1-3 days for delivery (This is not guaranteed - only an estimate)
USPS Priority Express - Estimated 1-2 days for delivery

**NOTE: For all items shipped internationally, any and all custom charges/fees/VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask me to mark the item as a gift or pay your countries fees as it is illegal.

International delivery can take from 2 - 6 weeks.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
At this time, Jazzie J’s Jewelry does not accept exchanges on products, and refunds are only issued if they meet certain criteria. All refund requests are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Refunds/Returns will be issued in the following circumstances:
1. Jazzie J’s Jewelry sent the incorrect product to a customer.
2. Jazzie J’s Jewelry omitted a product in a customer order that the customer paid for.

Refunds/Returns are not eligible for the following circumstances:
1. Product was lost by USPS or stolen after delivery to customers address.
2. Customer ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it for a different product.
3. Customer placed the order with an incorrect address, and did not receive product because of this oversight. Items returned to me due to the incorrect address will be charged for reshipping.
4. Custom Charges/Fees/VAT are due.
5. International orders are non refundable.
6. Custom/Personalized orders are not eligible for refund.
7. Buyers Remorse/Cancellation request after shipment.
8. Customer did not read the discription/details of the item(s).
9. Clearance items

If a customer would like to process a refund upon approval; it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item first in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping should Jazzie J’s Jewelry conclude a refund is to be issued. If there are any signs of wear, or damage sustained by the customer to the product, it is the right of Jazzie J’s Jewelry to refuse a refund request.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing through Etsy within 7 days of the shipped date. This allows ample time for a product to present to a customer’s home, but ensures the responsibility of the customer for a prompt report.

For items that have been damaged during delivery we require that the customer provides a photo of the item and packaging within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Packages will have insurance included so if any damage occurs during shipping, I will work with all parties involved to replace your purchased item(s) if possible. If it is not possible to make another similar item due to supply availability, you will receive a store credit or refund.

**Restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns and return to sender packages that have not been personalized or are custom made. As stated in policies, personalized and custom items are nonrefundable.
**Please note original shipping WILL NOT be included in any refund. Only the product purchase price.

Hand stamped items may have tiny flaws such as slightly irregular spacing, variations in stamping depth and other unique variations that are intentional. Due to the nature of hand stamped items, there will be impressions at the back of the items. You may also see some scuffing on the front stamped area. This should not be considered a defect, and these variations are not cause for a refund request.

All jewelry and accessories are not recommended for children under the age of 10. Small pieces may be used and are not recommended.

How to measure for a bangle size:
You hold your hand out, fingers together and tuck your thumb into your palm and measure across at the widest area.
60mm (7") is approximatley 2 1/2"
65mm (8") is approximately 2 5/8"
The bangles expand to make for more room if needed.

Why is the back of my handstamped item scuffed up? This is all part of the handstamping process. I use metal letters with a hammer to make the impression. The charm is hammered on a metal block to get a good deep impression and this will cause scuffing/scratches.
