All US orders are shipped by USPS. Postal box orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation/tracking.

Insurance can be added to your purchase. If you require insurance, please request a manual invoice in checkout or through conversation.

I will ship your order out 3-7 days from the date of your purchase, depending on the item. Some products are made to order and take a few days to craft.

Payments

Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. Purchases that are not paid for after this time will be relisted and the transaction cancelled.

I accept payment through Paypal.

When using Paypal, you can proceed to pay through Etsy. I ship to the address shown on your payment by default. If you would like your package shipped elsewhere, please send me a conversation or note in checkout.

Once payment is received, I can also ship to secret pals and can provide a free gift note. I offer gift wrapping for an additional charge of $3.00.

Please note that handspun yarns are sometimes imperfect and it adds to the beauty of the yarn.

I guarantee all my stitch markers. If I cannot replace the exact one, I will send a replacement :)

The contents of my shop are stored and produced in a smoke-free environment. I am however, a pet owner. If you have dog allergies, please buy with caution. I cannot guarantee that a stray hair won't find its way into the yarn sometimes!
