This patch is easy to apply. Just peel off the backing paper and iron on using a dry iron for 6 seconds. It is also advisable that you hand or machine sew your patch for added security or use patch glue which is available at craft stores.

Once the package leaves me, I am not responsible for the actions of the Post Office. If your package is returned due to an insufficient address that you provided, you will have to resubmit another postage fee to cover the resend. MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH ETSY IS CORRECT. I am not responsible for sending to a wrong address, if you do not change your address. I do not choose addresses, they are given to me by Etsy. When choosing a shipping upgrade such as Priority Mail you still remain on the Next Customer List and does not put your order In Front of the Line. By choosing "Rush My Order" you will be placed "In Front of the Line". Rush My Order can be found at the beginning of my shop listings.

At times, you may receive an alternate fabric other than the one shown in the pictured item. The fabric will be closely similar to the one shown in the picture. Also, fabric placement may differ than what is shown in the pictures. At times, it is natural to see fibers sticking out from edges of patch. This is usually from the raw edge of the fabric material which is caught into the embroidery thread and will not harm your patch or take away from its look. Please note, when desiring a color match to a digital picture, I cannot guarantee this due to the fact that all computer monitors differ. I do my best to match threads and fabrics.

Sorry, but I cannot give discounts on multiple purchases. Each patch costs me the same in material and time to make.

Due to the fact that everyone's computer monitor or cellphone may show differences in color, I cannot guarantee the color you receive. I have taken the pictures in natural light and tried the best I can to capture the true colors. On dark colors, the white glue backing may be more noticeable. You can trim this if desired, but be careful not to cut the embroidery threads. If you need a particular shade of color (i.e. light green, lime green, dark green, etc.) let me know, otherwise the shade of the color will be at my discretion. The pictures are examples, and may not be the shade you receive.

Please note that large orders of more than 10 items may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to complete.

Always indicate in the Notes to me your changes to a design when checking out. Conversations get lost in the mix and because I have so many orders I will not remember that you sent me a conversation.
