44"/45" wide 100% Cotton Fabric by 3 Wishes Fabric

All quantities of fabric are cut as continuous yardage unless otherwise specified.

All of my items are stored in a smoke free studio.

Not intended for use in children's sleepwear.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash, cold, delicate, do not bleach, tumble dry low.

RETURNS:
Returns are generally not accepted as I have cut them to your specifications but please contact me if there is a defect that I missed.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you need more yardage than is listed please contact me as I have a website where I also list fabric so it’s quite possible I have more than is listed on Etsy.

COLORS:
Monitor colors vary so it is highly advised that if you are trying to match something please request a fabric sample for a small fee.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
My goal is to ship everything within 3 business days; most items get shipped within 1-2 days (except on weekends and holidays). If there will be a delay I will post it in my shop announcements.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME:
All items are shipped first class in the US and normally take 2-5 days to get to you but may take a lot longer during holidays or if there is bad weather in the US. If you need your item by a specific date please e-mail me first. For an additional fee I can ship it priority or next day. You need to ask about expedited shipping BEFORE you place your order, adding a note in the comments section when you buy will only delay your package. Packages may get to you faster if you enter your entire (9 digit) zip code. I will not guarantee that any package will be delivered by any specific date. The USPS dates are guidelines and are NOT guarantees.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. USPS is now charging sellers for returned packages. Buyers will need to pay these fees and additional shipping charges to have them shipped again. Undeliverable mail - Please make sure your address is correct and that address can receive mail. If your package comes back to me undeliverable I will refund the purchase price minus a restocking fee and shipping charges.

MY ORDER WAS LOST IN THE MAIL:
If it has been at least 5 working days since your package was shipped and you feel your item should have arrived please check the tracking info to see where it is at. You can also call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or 1-800-222-1811 and file a complaint if your package seems to be stuck in transit. If you have a military address you need to call 1-800-810-6098. I’m in OR so if you live on the East coast your tracking info may not be updated because it’s on a truck to your location. If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks (US residents) and tracking info shows your order HASN’T been delivered contact me and I will issue you a credit or re-ship your order. Orders showing delivered WILL NOT be refunded. See below for tips on how to locate your package:

PACKAGES SHOWING DELIVERED (but you can’t locate them)
1. Check your tracking info which can be found with your order info on Etsy to see when it was delivered.
2. Ask family members if they picked up the mail that day (sometimes kids get the mail and leave it in their room) yes, I had this happen to a customer of mine.
3. Ask your neighbors to see if they happened to receive your package by mistake.
4. Take your tracking number to your local post office and ask them to look it up to see where it was left. When a package is delivered it is scanned and your delivery person makes a note as to where they left it (Mailbox, porch, neighbor, etc)
5. If you still can’t locate your package you will need to file a police report.

Packages showing delivered will not be refunded. We are all responsible for providing a safe place for our mail to be delivered.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours and include pictures showing how you received the package and the damage to the contents of the package. This is required for me to be able to file a claim with the shipper.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Items shipped outside of the US can take as long as 3 months to arrive depending on customs, weather and holidays.
Please note that all international buyers are responsible for Duties (Customs/Import Fees) for their countries. Your customs form will be filled out fully with the contents and values listed. I am unable to mark them as gifts or to mark them below value.
