Here are the details: - listing is for one charm - measurements are 10mm x 8mm (includes height of bail) - Shown in the mock up photo with 6mm howlite bracelet to give you an idea of how it may look for your bracelet or project. - The Karen people reside in the hills of Myanmar & Thailand, and specialize in producing some of the purest silver components, being between 99.5% and 99.9%, which is higher than sterling silver. Each piece is made by hand, by one of these artisans, making it that much more special.
All orders are shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received. A shipping confirmation will be sent via Etsy once your order has been processed. All order will be shipped with insurance, which is included in the shipping costs.
For customers outside of the USA: PLEASE NOTE!!! Your order may be subject to additional import/custom taxes / VAT fees in your country of origin. These fees are separate from your purchase, and it is your responsibility to pay them in order to receive the goods. My fees, including shipping, do NOT include these additional fees.
Claiming a lower value or marking the parcel as a "gift" to avoid these fees is illegal and I will not participate in this kind of activity.
I will not accept a package that has been returned because the customer does not want to pay the VAT or additional fees.
In the event the shipping costs exceed posted rates, I will contact you to confirm shipping methods and prices for your review. Shipping outside of North America may up to take several weeks. I am not responsible for lost, undelivered or seized packages at customs

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Your satisfaction is important to me. I have made every effort to represent my products as accurately as possible. If, however, you are unsatisfied for any reason, please notify me within 14 days of delivery that a refund is desired. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of receipt of the item, and tracking info supplied. The item must be in the original condition it was received. Items shipped back will be at your own expense. Once I receive the product back, I will be happy to issue you a refund for the product purchase price, less the shipping and handling.
Resizing is available - hey, we all make mistakes! Items in need of resizing will be sent back at your own expense but I will not charge for resizing. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item to discuss what your needs are for the product.
Please be aware that I add an additional 0.5" - 1" to the size of the bracelet for a comfortable fit, depending on the size of the beads. Also, the crystals received may look slightly different in color than what you see on your computer screen, because some screens are calibrated differently than others and all beads and crystals are inherently unique. I have tried my best to represent the true colors of each listing, but if you wish to receive additional photos, please contact me before placing your order. Each stone is chosen intuitively but if you are looking for something specific, please contact me to see if we can work something out.
Various crystals and minerals may be damaged by water and/or sunlight, or even a polishing cloth. The following should be kept dry to avoid damage from water/liquid: selenite, calcite, pyrite, malachite, hematite. The following should be kept out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods to avoid fading and damage: amethyst, fluorite, rose quartz, calcite, ametrine, aquamarine, kunzite, smoky quartz.
