Design instructions and proof requests can be left in the "note to seller" at checkout. Images for custom orders can be sent to me via Etsy message or directly to contact@moxieandverve.com. Please stick close to your email when purchasing a custom order or requesting a proof. If proof is requested or instructions are unclear and I don't get a response by the time an order is scheduled to ship, it will be canceled and refunded.

Unfortunately no, necklace chains are no longer* eligible for returns. If you aren't sure if the chain color or size will work for your purposes, I would advise buying one as a sample first. I am always happy to help as well--feel free to send me a picture of your charm/stringing materials, or if you have questions about the chain's intended use. *Every chain is custom sized and made to order. Customers rarely choose the same size/color/closures, which make them difficult to resell. Large orders are very labor intensive and require a lot of supplies to assemble, which is why chains now fall under the no return policy for custom items.
