Shipping charges include postage, handling, packing supplies and materials. Most items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. If for any reason, there will be a delay, I will contact you immediately. If you require expedited shipping, please contact me directly and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. I ship most items via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail Flat Rate padded envelope or box, or in the case of larger items, USPS Parcel Post. Heavy books are typically shipped via Media Mail which can take up to 10 days. If you would like a different shipping method, please contact me PRIOR to making your purchase. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail if insurance is not purchased. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know prior to purchase and I will adjust shipping costs.
It is your responsibility to provide me with the correct shipping address. I ship to the address that is on your Etsy order. If you would like me to ship to another address, please let me know. If for some reason your Etsy address is incorrect and item has been shipped, it will be your responsibility to pay to have the item re-shipped once it has been returned to me. Please be advised it can take several weeks to have a package returned to the sender. In no event will a refund be issued without me receiving the package back, and the original shipping cost is not refundable.
Shipping is generally provided to U.S. addresses only at this time. However, if you are a buyer in one of the countries that is authorized to use Etsy Direct Checkout (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland and UK), please contact me directly and I will try to accommodate you.
Anne's Pocket Finds requires that full payment be received by the seller before packages will be shipped.

Returns & exchanges
All items, especially vintage items, are sold as-is and product condition is specifically noted in description and photographs. Please consider items carefully as no refunds will be given. Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 3 business days of receipt of item(s) if there is a problem with the order and I will do my best to resolve any issues. I cannot be responsible for items that are damaged in transit unless insurance has been purchased. If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact me prior to purchase to receive an adjusted shipping rate.
Vintage items are often not safe for young children. Please be advised that all items sold by Anne's Pocket Finds are not intended for use or handling by children, and that the buyer accepts all liability from the future use of these items.
