While we strive to get our orders out as quickly as possible, please allow up to 2 weeks (this may change during sales) for your order to be processed - my assistant runs her own shop and I run two shops on top of a full time day job, so even though we will always try to be faster, this window is a relatively safe guesstimate on your processing time! Your estimated "ship by" date can also be found on your order receipt. :)
COMBINED SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ORDERS: Please note that we are unable to guarantee combining orders if you have more than one open. I try to catch this whenever possible and -if I catch it and am caught up enough on orders- will generally do this without being asked. However, it is NOT a guarantee. <3
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
In regards to packages that haven't been updated/scanned in/have gone MIA - if you're in the United States, please allow up to two weeks (three during the holiday season -anytime from Veteran's Day until the week after New Year) from the day your package was marked shipped to panic. If they haven't arrived by the end of that window and there's no indication of any recent movement, we will likely resend at that time. International customers, please allow up to one month from your shipped date for the package to arrive.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Generally, if there are any issues with your order, you're welcome to send us a picture - in the case of misprints or miscuts, we'll happily resend the damaged products! Refunds will only be given if the damaged or unwanted items are returned first and only when they are received (buyer is responsible for postage when returning items).
Due to the nature of our products, no cancellations will be granted after 24 hours. No unshipped orders may be cancelled to place another order during a discount (your second order will also be cancelled). NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING SALES.
Please note we are not responsible for any damage caused to an order in transit/in USPS's care. In these cases, depending on the state of the stickers, we may be willing to send a replacement after the original stickers are returned (shipping will be at buyer's expense).

Regarding CHANGES TO LISTINGS, no changes will be made to any listing unless the changes have been discussed and approved PRIOR to ordering. If you don't ask about the changes, but leave a note saying "Please change such and such", your request will likely go overlooked - no refunds will be granted in these cases. Also, if something is OUT OF STOCK at the time you place your order, I can't just throw it in with your order (i.e. you order one character, but wanted a Lainey instead and she's out of stock - I'll have to send the character you ordered.)
COMMUNICATION: Please allow up to 3 business days for your message to be replied to. Shop or order related questions should be sent via ETSY only - those sent via Instagram DMs or Facebook private messages will likely be overlooked as I rarely check for new messages in these locations. If your transaction was here on Etsy, all corresponding communication needs to be here where I can keep everything together. Thank you!
