I ship USPS First Class with Tracking. I ship within 1-3 business days. If you would like Priority Shipping, please use the add on for Priority in my shop.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Returns are not accepted for the following items:
1) Made to Order items. 2) Invisible plastic clip earrings and earring findings. 3) Items in which the listing states it is not returnable.
A photo is required for claims of damage/defects.
If you receive an item that you are not happy with, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.
Returns must be received in unused/unworn/unopened condition and packaged in a bubble mailer or same type of packaging received in.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if you use the item and break it, it is not defective.
Buyer must notify seller before returning any item(s). Buyer will pay return shipping costs.
Please contact me if you have an issue with a purchase, Contact me for the return address, as it may be different then return address on the package. Original shipping is NOT refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
I am open to refunds (minus shipping) or exchanges BUT I will not be responsible for items that are lost, missing, stolen or damaged in transit or worn and damaged. If tracking shows it was delivered, I am not responsible if it is stolen.
