Please contact us ahead of time for your shipping price. Otherwise, you can pay the shipping price in your cart at check out and be refunded the difference if there was any overages.
UNITED STATES and THE WORLD... We ship with-in 3 days of purchase. We take time wrapping up your item and making sure its protected on all sides with commercial packing materials. We give the box a little shake to make sure there is no movement and that nothing will shift or move during shipping.
We do accept money orders and layaway. Just send us a message for any payments that needs to be mailed to us and we will reserve your item and send the item(s) out as soon as the money order arrives.
We know these are tough times were living in and if you need us to hold an item until your next payday, we will be happy to accommodate you, just message us to discuss the payment details.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason your item needs to be refunded, You will be refunded the full purchase price ONLY. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If for any reason your item needs to be refunded, You will be responsible for all shipping costs to send the item back. You must contact us with in 7 days of purchase to discuss a return. You must return the item in the condition it was sent to you with in 14 days of purchase. Once item is received in original condition, we will refund the full purchase amount less shipping.
Items you have had for a period of longer than 10 days and have made no attempt to contact us will not be accepted back or refunded.
BROKEN ITEMS: We always bubble wrap and carefully pack things so they won't break but if your item should arrive broken please send us as many pictures as possible of the box and any damage to it, all the bubble wrap and other packaging in the box and then of the broken item so we can send those off to the post office and make an insurance claim. You should keep everything in its original package until further instruction.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT guarantee the bulbs in Items that have any sort of light due to the fact that the elements could be damaged during shipping but we DO check every item that has bulbs in them before packaging to make sure everything is in working order. Unfortunately if an item with a bulb is delivered to you broken, it is up to you to replace the bulb. Those items will NOT be refunded due to broken bulbs. Be assured we take extra caution packaging those items.
SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS: Items offered at a discounted or sale price cannot be returned.
ADVERTISED FLAWED ITEMS: If any item is advertised as flawed (chipped, cracked, missing parts or pieces, discolored, etc.. It will be offered at a lower price before any sale or discount. These items are also non-refundable.
SEALED AND BRAND NEW UNUSED ITEMS: If the item you purchased is still factory sealed or unused we will only accept returns if the item is in the same unused and sealed condition. EXAMPLE: A brand new Unused Zippo lighter must not have had the seal/sticker broken, and/or have been filled with lighter fuel, and/or have the wick burnt. EXAMPLE: A factory sealed item may not have been opened upon return. We cannot refund any new sealed item that is not returned in the same new sealed condition.
UNHAPPY: Please, if for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), Just contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Please contact us before leaving a 1 ,2 or 3 star review because once a bad review is left, no compromised can be made.
I just bought an item from your shop and changed my mind, Can I cancel the sale? YES. Changingtreasures accepts cancellations as long as the sale is canceled before we have shipped the item out to you. There are many times we have shipped out items the same day so make sure you look to see if it has been shipped before you cancel. If you cancel before shipping then we will give you a full refund at the time of cancellation. If the item has been shipped then the refund will be the purchase price ONLY. We DO NOT refund any shipping charges to your home or from your home.
If it has been shipped out to you and you still don't want the package, bring it to the post office right away and they will send it back to us with no charge to you. Priority mail offers a direct return as long as the package has NOT been open and it is brought to them within a day. PLEASE NOTE: USPS only offers this return service if the package was sent priority, unopened, and brought to them the same day. This service does not apply to first class packages, packages that were opened, or packages that you've kept for longer then a day.
FYI: We have stated in our policies several times that.. We DO NOT refund shipping charges on returned items. We DO NOT reimburse your shipping costs to send the item back to us. We DO NOT refund any shipping charges once an item has been processed and shipped. However, we DO refund shipping charges on canceled items done before shipping has occurred.
