📦 I use USPS unless buyer prefers another carrier. The buyer pays for shipping.
I take great care in packing all items so that they arrive intact.
However, I will not be responsible for broken items or lost packages if the buyer decides not to purchase insurance for items over $50.00 US. On the majority of shipments a tracking number is provided.
💲 After payment has been received, items are mailed out within 1 to 2 business days.
I gladly refund the buyer if I overcharge for shipping. 😊

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when mailed out to the buyer. Refunds are accepted within 14 days of buyer receipt. Buyer pays for shipping of returned item(s).
