If it is returned to me, YOU are responsible for the additional shipping cost.
> Lost items during shipping is NOT my responsibility. I ship to the address noted on the Etsy address form. SO, please double check when placing your order.
I usually go on an honor basis when things go awry with shipping I mean, "things happen." So, I try to work with you, as much as with the carrier to figure things out!! ...a ongoing learning lesson!!
All items ship after full payment is received. Standard forms of payment accepted= direct Etsy check out, PayPal...
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I pride myself on making quality, 100% handmade items. Luckily, after 15+ years of selling, I have had less than a handful of returns or repairs. So, if something goes awry with your item, please contact me asap! And, we will take it from there!!
