Returns & exchanges

My primary goal is a happy customer. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or customer service in any way, your order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. Refunds on orders that have already been processed will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be made when the fabric has been returned to the shop. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Returned items need to be in the same condition they were sent, meaning any fabrics that have been laundered or cut will not be accepted.
