You can choose to either have your paper sent folded into a 250 x 175mm cellophane bag, or rolled in a 2" diameter postage tube.
If ordering multiple designs of paper in a postal tube, please only select one tube and then select folded for the remaining sheets. All your paper will be sent in the same postal tube.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Returns are accepted within 28 days of the order date, for a full refund excluding shipping fees. The customer must pay the return shipping fees and should return any items via an insured shipping method.
Personalised or custom orders cannot be returned unless damaged or substantially delayed in the mail.
In the rare instance where a damaged item, or the wrong item, has been received, please get in touch immediately to discuss a replacement or refund.
