All items have a standard $8.95 shipping fee (with the exception of smaller items, such as ink refills, which will be listed).
We ship items next business day under most circumstances, but there are times when we are unable to ship orders the following day. If there will be a delay in shipment due to our shop being closed or we are away at a show, we will have a message posted on our "Shop Announcement" section of our home page (near the top of the page).
We utilize the United States Postal Service and ship priority mail on a majority of our products. Priority mail usually take 2 to 3 business days for most areas within the United States. We currently do not ship outside of the United States. There are certain items we ship first class mail and these items will state that in the description. Some examples of items that ship first class would be fountain pen nibs and ink refills. All priority shipped packages come with $100 worth of insurance and free tracking. If you would like additional insurance or signature confirmation, please contact us so we can arrange it. The price for additional insurance varies, but we can give you an estimate once you contact us. Signature confirmation is an additional charge of $2.45.
Once the package is shipped you will be notified and furnished with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the USPS. If an incident does occur, please contact us and we will assist you with mitigating the loss.

We accept credit cards, Etsy gift cards, and Paypal. Customers within the state of Colorado will be charged 5.4% sales tax. Customers within the City of Canon City will be charged 8.4% sales tax.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products 100%. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the undamaged product within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were when shipped (no scratches, wear and tear, broken pieces ect.)

We specialize in custom orders. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for, let us know. We can craft just about anything and are willing to take the extra step to make your experience a positive one. We utilize another local small business for engraving.
