The clearest and most concise book on tape wiring yet written. Contains everything from a master layout drawing to instructions on the installation of all electrical components. Includes detailed "how to" illustrations on connecting wires to a plug, folding corners, wiring through hinges and "double bradding". Gives many shortcuts and money saving ideas

These are items that I purchased for resale in my storefront or that I used when I was building custom dollhouses for people about 10 years ago. They have been stored carefully in an air conditioned comfortable environment and in excellent condition. They are in original unopened packaging.

I only will ship priority mail with tracking and insurance for your protection. Shipping charges if you only buy multiple CirKit lighting items will be 7.10 for all items. If they are included with other items, if the shipping looks wrong, I may have to adjust it for you, just convo me.

The items in our Etsy store are scale dollhouse miniatures, NOT children's toys. They are adult collectibles and unsuitable for children under 14 years of age.

It should never happen because I pack very carefully, but if the post office gets careless and something gets broken, don't panic. This is why I ship only Priority Mail. It is automatically insured, so just snap a pic, chat with me and I'll file a claim. I will send you out a replacement as soon as I can get it done. The time might be a bit longer because I probably won't have one on hand, but you go to the top of the list and will have it as soon as possible with no reordering or paperwork on your part.

Since miniatures are so small, sometimes photos are deceptive. If you want to see a closer look at an item or a picture of it with other items so you can get a better look at the scale, etc., just message me and I will happily take some more pictures of it and send them to you. Just let me know what you need! If you want to know anything about an item, ask me and I will tell you.

Since everything is handmade there will be slight variations between products. They will be very close, but never identical. I am happy with that because nature does not produce identical items only similar ones. If you are not sure about that, before you order, have me take a picture that contains the items that you are interested in and we will make sure that they are close enough to fit your needs. We do not want to send you anything that is not right for you.

I will do my best to research and identify items correctly but everything listed as vintage was purchased by me in the 80's when I had a brick and mortar storefront I closed in 1999. Nothing I purchased after 1997 will be listed. I will also do my best to show or describe any issues with the items. Most of these items will show some wear due to their age but none were used other than as display. I will always to the best of my ability describe or photograph any chips, cracks, discolorations, crazing, etc. Please look at the photographs closely and convo me with questions or comments and I will do my best to answer them or take added pictures for you. Please review them carefully and contact me if you have any questions about a piece.

I will be willing to do custom orders for you, BUT, and it is a big one, I am not very good at following orders. I have a tendency to change things all the time. However, If you order something custom from me, I will send you a picture before you purchase and if I have changed it and you don't like the change, you are under no obligation to take it. I will just place it online and maybe someone else will like it. Suggestions from customers are where I get some of my best things. Also, most of the time I will ship very speedily, but you cannot count on it. I have health issues that rarely but sometimes hit suddenly and I cannot work for a week or two, so your order might be late. Be assured though that I will complete it as fast as I can.
