Mixed lot of plastic pony Beads.

Packs will mostly contain round barrel type Beads but packs may contain hearts, stars and odd little Beads I have gathered up.

Approximately 100 - 120 Beads per order.

Approximately 5mm hole.

You will receive the packs in the photos.

Your item will be sent by Royal Mail I will get a receipt but this does not mean that it is tracked.

I will send your items to the address Etsy provides me with, so check this address is correct. Most of my items are one offs so I might not be able to send a replacement, remember it is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct. Any costs that occur with wrong shipping details are your responsibility.

Payments

Please make payment as soon as you have decided to buy that item. I accept PayPal and DC. Once your payment has been cleared by PayPal/Etsy your item will be shipped.
I post Monday-Friday, with bank and national holidays as exception.
Please note, if you have ordered an item but payment has not been received it will be cancelled after 7days of order placed.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. I will try my hardest to come to an agreeable resolution.

If you are unhappy with the item, you have purchased and would like a refund this is what I will do.
I will refund the cost of the item, minus the shipping/posting costs.
The refund will be actioned once I receive the item back. Please note the item must be unused, but I hope you adore your item and wouldn't dream of returning it. xx
Additional policies

Sorry, I am unable to do custom orders.

Please note, all my items are NOT machine washable. Keep all items out of the washing machine. Jewellery is costume jewellery unless I have marked it as Sterling Silver, please be careful of getting costume jewellery wet and this can discolour or remove lettering prints or colour.

All 'AppleJade' items are created in a smoke and pet free environment.

I cannot be held responsible for any custom or handling fees that may occur in your country these are your responsibility.
