This is my business and I have been delighting my local customers for seven years now. I truly love what I do and the beautiful creations I spend a lot of time making. I take great care in packaging work before sending them out in the USPS, but unfortunately, I cannot control them once they leave me. Unless discussed otherwise, I ship via USPS Priority mail, which is 2-3 days, but it is NOT guaranteed. I cannot be responsible for shipping delays by the USPS, weather/disaster conditions, charges for re-delivery or delays due to incorrect shipping information. Insurance purchased on shipping does not include time delays on non-guaranteed delivery; it covers lost and damaged packages.

COLOR VARIATIONS:
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact me with any questions about the color before purchasing.

DAMAGE:
We package and ship all napkin orders in sturdy USPS Priority Mail boxes and padded envelopes. Please contact me if you have problems with your packaging once it arrives.

Should your package arrive beyond repair and utterly destroyed, please make sure you save all packaging, items in the order and take pictures too. I will provide the necessary information, and you will be responsible for filing the claim with the post office. USPS insurance covers boxes that have been "destroyed," minor breaks are not covered; they are considered to be the nature of shipping.

ALL SALES FINAL:
****Because my items are made-to-order and consumable, I do not accept returns. And because we're sure no one would like to receive re-shipped napkins that someone else could have handled with their bare hands, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Returning or refusing delivery will not facilitate a refund.****

PACKAGING:
Our napkins are NOT packaged in gift wrap. We personally hand count every set of napkins. The napkins are sealed in a quality clear sleeve with an adhesive strip to keep the napkins safe from any weather elements. The clear sleeve is placed in a recycled paper sleeve that is hand stand with a To/From stamp noting the buyer's name and my name (Shelly, the seller). Your package includes a hand written and personalized thank you note to you, the buyer. All of this will be sent in a USPS Flat Rate Priority mail box or padded envelope depending on the quantity of napkins you purchase. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping. If you would like to gift your napkin purchase we recommend taking the napkins out of the bag and tying a cute ribbon around the napkins and bagging or boxing the napkins for gifting.
