USA SHIPPING Shipping costs may not be correct. If you are trying to purchase SEVERAL items at one time, the Etsy shipping calculator may give a LARGE shipping charge. Etsy has automated their shipping charges. I continue to try revising this almost daily, but it still seems to not be working...
I only charge ACTUAL shipping plus a 35 cent packaging fee. Any overages WILL BE REFUNDED at time of shipping. Even if ordering several items in the USA, most bulk items will fit in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope. This charge ranges from $6.50-$7.50, depending upon where you live.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING While I do ship International, the USPS has dramatically raised shipping costs from what they used to charge. Please contact me BEFORE purchasing if you would like an International Shipping Quote. I DO NOT mark items as a gift. You may be required to pay customs fees at delivery -- please be aware of your country's customs laws.
Several years ago, I used to make original baby toys and gifts for friends, family, and even my own kids. I started selling these items on Etsy. As my kids got older, my product focus shifted to other items that people asked me to make.
Part of the reason I got away from making items for kids, too, was the difficulty in finding the right materials that I wanted to use for my items -- especially kid and pet toys. When I did find materials, they were usually so expensive that I could not justify using them.
While I continue to make products in my store on a limited basis (mostly organizers), I want to share my original patterns for other people to make. My patterns will be offered very soon (I am still finishing the final touches.) And, I am offering these supplies so that anyone can have fun creating just like I did.
Handmade items are so personal! Part of the gift is knowing that you created something unique for someone and you made it with love. And, a little piece of you will be shared with someone else. Have fun creating!
I try to ship as soon as possible from the time of your order. You should expect to receive an email or estimated ship date within 24 hours of payment on any custom order. During busy times, it may take a little longer to respond to you. You can email me for an update at any time.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Due to the custom nature of my items, refunds are not typically accepted. Sale items are not returnable.
At certain times during the year, I do accumulate a rather large backlog. If you are unable to wait for a custom order to be completed, I will cancel your order IF is has not been started yet.
If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, I will do my best to resolve any issues through repair or replacement of the item as needed.

HOW QUICKLY ARE ITEMS MADE? I typically have a backlog of orders (orders come in faster than I can make them.) As such, please check my information page where I try to update my backlog schedule on a weekly basis. This information will tell you how far behind I currently am and when you may expect your item to be produced.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? No returns on custom orders or sale products. Items that are stock items may be returned if they are in NEW and UNUSED condition. You must contact me within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days of sale. Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDED on returns, and you must send the item back at your own cost unless I am at fault.
WILL YOU MAKE SOMETHING NOT SHOWN IN YOUR STORE? Yes! I will try my best to accommodate any special requests! Several of my products resulted from custom order requests.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE? No, I am an online retailer only and work out of a dedicated shop at my home. I live near Nashville, Tennessee. USA Shipping East of the Mississippi typically takes 2 business days, USA Shipping West of the Mississippi takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? Yes, I have shipped worldwide for several years. I DO NOT declare items as a gift (this is illegal.) You are responsible for any customs or duty charges when a product enters your country.
