We generally use priority mail and the first $100 is insured, we request that insurance be added to orders over $100 for everyones peace of mind.

Returns & exchanges

We will refund your purchase within 14 days if you are not happy with it. Returns must be made in as purchased condition. Processing of the fiber products will invalidate returns. Orders are subject to processing times at the mill, we cannot control this. For additional processing of fleeces, please purchase your fleece and add a note regarding what you would like done, we will deliver it to the mill with your contact information and instructions. Once finished, buyers are responsible for their processing costs with the mill. They will ship it directly to you.
