Everybody has different skills, understanding and experiences through different sewing and other craft projects. I taught myself to sew 4 years ago and I managed to design this bumbag and then successfully sew about a dozen so far.
You definitely need to understand how to sew a basic pouch e.g. a zip pouch and work with zippers.
If you have basic skills and experience then I guess you should not buy the pattern.
(Little tip : Sewing simple tote bags doesn't count as experience here I am afraid)
It would definitely help if you actually knew what a bumbag was, seen one and used one before.
****Am I allowed to sell finished items made from this pattern? Yes
Pdf file can be downloaded straight away after purchase.
when someone asked me to make fannypack,I said oh heck no! then my granddaughter asked & of course I had to say yes, I was leary, but this pattern is only 3 pieces (EASY to follow directions) OMG looks professional, great great pattern! thank you

Additional return information
I do believe that my listings are pretty clear, you just have to read them therefore:
I cannot refund you because you bought the pattern by mistake and you cannot actually sew or crochet or whatever.
I cannot refund you because you did not realise that you are buying a pattern and not a finished item.
I cannot refund you because you bought the pattern but was not able to make the project.
You are allowed to sell small quantities you make from my patterns. Good Luck :)
