You know what my pet-peeve is? People who overcharge for shipping.
I'll make every attempt to use USPS Flat Rate boxes when shipping. I round up my fee to the next dollar, it just makes it more simple, and gives me a little extra for packing materials, printing labels, etc.
These Flat Rate boxes save you a ton, as there is no weight restriction. When something won't fit in one of these boxes, there are a few alternatives to keep the cost reasonable.
A good friend of mine retired from UPS and gave me the skinny on shipping. In a nutshell - if your package is less than five pounds, it's better to ship it using the good old post office. But if it's more than five pounds, UPS is best. So depending on what you buy, and how I pack/crate it, smaller packages will go out using one of those two services.
If you purchase one of my larger pieces, I will make a few calls and find the best shipping rate I can. Some of these options include UPS Freight, DHL, Con-Way Trucking and Greyhound Freight. The last one has been the least expensive way to go, but will require you to pick it up at your local Greyhound station, so you may need a truck on your end, if the item is large. Still, it's a HUGE savings.
Finally, I use recycled packing materials, including peanuts, bubble wrap and boxes in order to keep my shipping charges low. In the event that I run out of these materials (it happened last holiday season!), I'll have to start increasing the price of my shipping. I'll keep it fair, I promise.
I accept all forms of payment - PayPal is easiest and will allow your purchase to be shipped immediately. Luckily, I live just down the street from a post office branch that's open 24/7. (Remember- it's Las Vegas... everything stays open 24/7!) Unless I'm out of town, I usually ship the very same day of purchase.
Other forms of payment will have to clear the bank before any purchase will be shipped. This includes personal checks AND money orders.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the event that you decide something isn't up to snuff, please let me know immediately and I'll try to remedy it. Refunds will be cheerily given.... no, not really... but I want you to be happy.
So in the event of any dissatisfaction, once I receive the item in question, I'll refund the full purchase amount minus the shipping. All returns will be on your dime.
