Camp Knife:
Hand forged Camp knife 3/16 in thick.Handmade leather sheath. Hardwood Brazilian IPE handle. Hidden tang with hidden pins (see photo). This thing just feels great in your hand. It light and easy to use. The handle is smooth and comfortable in the hand. Camp style knife hand forged from 5160 USA steel. Forged from a single piece of steel. Shaving sharp!This tool will last a lifetime and is meant to be used daily.

This is a great all-around knife used for any task such as carving, pruning, marking, utility knife, scraping, whittling, cut, mark, detail. It's a knife! You can use it as you like.

The handle easily indexes in hand and feels solid. This will not roll in your hand which gives good control over the blade. Tapered from back to front for solid control.

This knife was hand forged in a traditional coal forge using hand tools only. All parts are handmade by the owner. I thank you for viewing my products. I offer my customers a truly custom product. No two knives are ever the same because I hand forge each blade and its components.

All carbon based steel will rust if not properly cared for. Handmade knives should never be placed in a dishwasher. Hand clean your knife after each use. Never lay carbon steel knives on a damp surface for long periods. Wipe knife blades clean after use. Keeping the blade dry is the best practice overall. Food grade mineral oils work best if you want to oil the blade. All vegetable and nut oils will get sticky and or rancid over time. Try to avoid these types of oils if you are storing your knife for extended periods. Tung oil or boiled linseed oil can be used on woodens handles and cases as well as wood wax. Always store your hand made knives in a case if possible. Storing any knife in together with other knives can dull/damage them.
