We try our very best to offer reasonable and affordable shipping costs. The shipping cost does reduce if multiple items are purchased in ONE transaction, i.e. the shipping cost for the 2nd item onwards is $6.90 per item rather than $9.90. Our shipping costs not only takes into account the amount Australia Post charges, but it also covers the packaging that is involved in ensuring the slime reaches our customers in a secure and well protected packaging. As all our slimes come in screw top containers, the height and weight dimensions of the containers do affect the postage cost as well. However, if you do have any enquiries regarding our shipping and handling costs, please feel free to contact us.

We use Australia Post as our shipping courier, and are therefore NOT responsible for packages that are mishandled during transition even though we do ensure that all orders are well packaged to the best of our ability. NO refunds, replacements or exchanges will also be accepted in this instance. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost during transition due to incorrectly given addresses. Please ensure that your address is up to date and correct at the point of purchase.

A slime care instructions sheet will come with every slime order. This slime care instructions sheet will provide information on how to fix common slime issues! Please note that we are NOT responsible if you have over-activated your slime.

We are NOT responsible if you have over-activated your slime. All our slimes are properly checked and inspected before they are packaged and shipped out. This ensures that each slime has the perfect texture and is not over-activated or rubbery in any way. If you have over-activated your slime, a solution to this problem is stated on the slime care instructions sheet that is provided with every order. If in the event you are not able to fix your slime, we will NOT be held responsible and therefore will NOT issue a refund or replacement.

If you are planning on buying slime as a birthday or Christmas gift, please bear in mind that slime is not made to last and preserve its freshness for long periods of time. If you have ordered slime with the intention of giving it as a gift, it is recommended that the slime is gifted to the recipient as soon as your package arrives. Slime is fun to play with. However with the combination of shipping transition, the weather, and it being left untouched for a long period of time, it is NOT recommended that slime is left under the Christmas tree or at the back of your closet for a long period of time, as the slime could either melt or become hard and rubbery.

Our shop does NOT do International Orders anymore as we have noticed that the shipping transition is very long (between 2-5 weeks) and this affects the quality of the slime (which happens when it is left untouched for a long time and is exposed to various weather conditions and even possibly opened for customs checks). Further, as Borax cannot be included in the international orders due to shipping restrictions, our international buyers would need to purchase their own Borax and try to re-activate the slime which may or may not work since the quality of the slime would have been compromised during shipping transition. The slime is so soft and no fall out. The smell is AMAZING. I can’t stop smelling it. Definitely recommend.
