All items will be shipped via regular mail within 1 to 2 business days via USPS after clearing payment unless otherwise stipulated on MADE TO ORDER items. Glass items will be insured for shipping. Please contact me to request a quote for insurance or priority shipping (or any other special shipping) for other purchases. I take great care in packaging items to ensure they will reach you in the same condition that I send them. Bubble wrap and double boxing are used for glass items. Tracking and insurance shipping information are sent within 24 hours of shipping. Special consideration is also given to all items to ensure that nothing can leak or break in transit and that the item(s) reach the buyer in the same condition that they left my shop. PATTERNS will be sealed in a plastic zip-lock type bag to protect the pattern from any fluid leakage mishap(s).
USPS personnel sometimes views items as a package or letter; this affects the postage rate. I am listing postage rate for small packages and where the USPS deems the item as a letter and charges less I will make a refund. This change came after sending an item that had a total cost of $1.99 (including shipping) and when I came back from the post office spent 2.97 to mail the item!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for paying any and all international customs fees, taxes, VAT and other fees. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES: Purchasing more than one item may be a savings on shipping and a refund will be provided.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Refunds will be accepted if there is a flaw in the product. Item needs to be returned within 7 business days in the same condition that it was sent. All fees will be deducted from the refund amount plus a 10% restocking fee. Buyer pays all costs to return an item. No refunds on shipping charges or fees.
All items are stored in a smoke free, pet free environment. Newer items (not vintage) were created in a smoke free/pet free environment.
