I aim to post the day after payment has cleared, so you should get your items pretty quickly. Depending on the mail of course. I always get confirmation of posting.
Please pay as soon as you can or if you're having trouble figuring everything out, let me know and I'll point you in the right direction.
If it's been a few days from 'purchase' and I've still no payment then I'll contact you first to check but I will cancel the sale if you don't reply after 3 days.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you do want to return a item, please contact me first. We might be able to sort it out.
However, if there is no option but to return the item/s I will refund you by the method of payment in which you paid me, once I have received the items back in the condition in which I sent them i.e. perfect condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
