Item details

11 small natural wood slices. They come from a branch off a birch tree and can be used as hanging ornaments if holes were drilled in them, or hooks added. They have not been sealed, it is possible to burn onto them or ink stamp, paint them etc.

They measure approx 7cm in one direction and approx 6cm in the other and are approx 1cm thick. They have bark round the edges though this is flaky, as most birch trees are. They may not be perfectly level/flat.

The birch tree comes from our small managed wood in West Wales and the branch had to cut back so I thought it would be nice to make some slices rather than just burn the wood.
