I try very hard to have most orders out within 24 hours. Special orders taking longer. Shipping is regular 1st class USPS. First Class packages do come with tracking. After I hand the package off to the USPS it is out of my hands. The shipping times vary. Usually customers have their package 3-5 days from the time I ship. I can not guarantee shipping times. That is out of my hands. If you would like priority please purchase upgrade. Message me with any questions. I will respond ASAP. I pack each order with care, however, if there is damage please contact me ASAP. I will do what I can to make it right. Some issues are beyond my control. I am not responsible for packages lost. For larger orders I can ship priority to have insurance.
I try very hard to keep shipping cost as close to my cost as possible. If for some reason you are charged (in the shopping cart) more than needed I will refund overages over $1

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I accept returns on damaged items. Ribbon is cut to order and can not be returned. Please inform me of any damages within 48 hours of receiving your order. Photos please! I can not be responsible for packages delivered to your address given in the order, then stolen. This is a police/USPS matter. PLEASE make sure your address is correct when you order. I can not be responsible for errors in typing or an address that wasn't updated in your Etsy profile.
For returns not due to damage, return shipping is responsibility of buyer and shipping charges are not refunded, only item costs.
