All items will be packed with the utmost care and consideration. In order to save you money, we prefer to use the USPS unless an item is too large. Items will ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise notified about vacation.
Whenever possible, shipping will be combined to be the least expensive for you. Shipping for oversized items cannot be combined with other items due to the size and weight of the box.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information entered by the purchaser will be refunded minus the cost of the return shipping. If the buyer still wishes to receive the order, it will be re-shipped after purchaser has paid both the return postage and cost of re-sending. If your order is left unclaimed, either with the carrier or with customs, and is returned to the seller, a refund will be given minus the cost of return shipping and any damage to the item. If an unclaimed purchase is returned in unsalable condition, no refund will be given.
When purchasing an item to be shipped internationally, buyer is responsible for knowing and paying the cost of all customs fees, taxes, duties and charges assessed by their country or postal service. International purchases will be marked as merchandise and the full purchase price will be disclosed. International purchases may not be returned.

Please note that you don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card via PayPal - just click the payment button and you can choose the option to pay with credit card or debit without signing up for an account. You can also pay over the phone with Visa/Mastercard by calling me at my store, Mishawaka Art & Frame Gallery at 574-259-9320.
Reserved listings must be paid for within 48 hours or the item will be placed back in to inventory.
All international customers are responsible for any customs fees that may apply.
Returns & exchanges
All vintage items are sold "as is" and by nature may have some imperfections obtained while they were earning their vintage status. We will do our best to describe and photograph noticeable flaws, but cannot guarantee we will catch everything.
International purchases may not be returned. Refunds for damaged or lost international purchases will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me first if there is a problem with your purchase, so that I can begin the steps to resolve the issue.
If your item is received damaged, please contact me immediately so that I can file a claim with the insurer. Please retain the original packaging and photos will be needed of the box and damaged item. A refund will be issued when the insurer has obtained all necessary information.
When purchasing vintage items, please remember that they have only been in our care for a short time. While in our home, your items are kept protected and clean and are not exposed to smoke, but we do not know how they were cared for previously. Due to the nature of these items, there may be some odors/allergens present that we do not detect. If you are sensitive to such things, please consider this when purchasing.
