Item details

Vintage brass adjustable roller door catches. A matching pair or mortise door roller catches that get recessed in the bottom of a door. These rollers are industrial and have stiff springs probably meant for 1 3/4" thick doors.
These are vintage and are made of brass with a metal spring and metal adjustable thumb nut .
Mortise plate size is 1 1/8" wide x 2 1/4" long. Depth of mortise is 2" x 1" diameter hole.

Domestic orders will be shipped by USPS priority mail. Hawaii , Alaska and international orders are estimated at a base price flat rate small box of four pounds or less and at a value of $400.00 or less per shipping box by First Class International by USPS. Hawaii and Alaska residents please ask for a shipping quote.

International buyers; confirm with your agencies first , to see what is required to receive your package. Any tariffs or customs fees will be passed on to the buyer. Remember, your package may arrive quickly or it may take weeks to clear customs in some areas. Keep this in mind.

All vintage items are a final sale, because of the nature of the products and age related factors refunds are not accepted. All attempts are made to photo the item so all sides can be see. Check photos and descriptions closely and if you have any questions please ask before buying. I am happy to answer any questions and send additional photos or information upon request. Please do not purchase if you are uncertain about the piece. I do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or other reasons. I encourage you to take the time and gather information before purchasing! If for some reason there is a problem contact me right away when you receive it.


If an item arrives damaged...this rarely happens but from time to time in spite of my careful packing, EMAIL ME IMMEDIATELY.
All small to medium packages are shipped Priority and insured at a base price of $50.00, if you want more insurance added contact me before buying and I will adjust the shipping cost. Large boxes are shipped 1st class and have no insurance included, if you want insurance on large boxes contact me before you buy and I will include it in a shipping upgrade. PLEASE BE SURE TO KEEP ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKING. With packages through USPS I will ask for you to send pictures of broken item and damaged box , so I can open a claim at my post office.
Damage on Large Items while Shipping:
The level of damage before a shipper will allow a claim varies. A scuff mark or chip in the paint is not eligible for return as it is not cost effective to return the item for us to fix it and re-ship it back to you. These are vintage items and are not in brand new condition. Damages while shipping should be handled with the shipper. Please contact us with questions or for clarification.
For items related to shipping damages:
All items will require photo proof of any packaging damage and clear photos of the product damage after you open your package. A message about the damage is required to us through Etsy within 48-hours of the tracking number proof of receipt (no excuses). Do NOT send the item back without first contacting us on Etsy.


RETURNS
•If your item has been returned to us for failure to deliver it, we will try to get in touch with you. If we do not hear from you for 3 days, we will resell the item.
•If you would like it shipped back to you again, you will have to pay for the past shipping fees as well as the new shipping costs to return it.
•If there is no communication, we have the right to relist and resell.

All custom orders are not returnable.
