Orders (beads, buttons, ready to ship items) are shipped within 5-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received to the address on etsy receipt. HandPainted yarn and wool takes a bit longer (about 2 weeks). Larger orders and custom orders take a bit longer. If you need it to be sent to different address, please, let me know. Delivery US/Can takes 4-6 business days, a bit longer to other countries. If you need it faster, send me a message and I will quote the price for faster postal service for you (I do not charge extra to make it faster).

Every item is made individually, therefor all sales are final. All of my items are sent in the perfect condition and very well packed. Due to the nature of the products, I do not accept returns.
