All items are inspected before shipping. Your item will ship insured. If damage occurs during shipping a claim will need to be filed for any damage that may occur during shipment.
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. We also accept money orders or cashiers checks. SORRY no personal checks are accepted at this time.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We will gladly refund your money not including shipping charges for any reason but we do charge a 20% restocking fee unless the item is defective. Item will need to be returned in unused unopened condition and in the original packaging.
Most of the items I sell belong to me however some come from other sources so I cannot guaranteed they come from a smoke free or pet free home.
