I usually go to the post office twice a week to send packages, Mondays and Thursdays (both days, usually first thing in the morning if I can).
Items will be sent through the US Postal Service and prices listed are for First Class Mail. If you would like your shipping upgraded, please contact me prior to your purchase. Leaving me notes while checking out or after the fact, asking to send it anything other than the First Class shipping purchased will not result in you getting upgraded shipping. The post office does not upgrade my packages for free, therefore I can not upgrade yours.
Although they give timeframes in which they deliver packages, I can not personally guarantee that they will actually deliver during that timeframe. I purchase the same services at the post office as everyone else and I have no control over how quickly they get packages moved to where they need to be. Holidays will also affect how quickly your items are processed through the US Postal Service, especially around Christmas time.
Etsy gives us sellers the address information they have on file from your account. I also WILL NOT be held liable for your undelivered items due to the wrong address being given.

Your package will ship out to you within 3 days of your payment being received. Your package will ship USPS from Indiana to the address you that is register to your Etsy account at the time you check out. Make sure that this address is correct. I will ONLY send your purchased item to your registered account address, NO OTHER ADDRESS - NO EXCEPTIONS. I do offer a shipping upgrade for my US customers.
If for any reason, I am not able to ship your package within the 3 days of your payment being received, I will contact you as soon as I can. As I said before, I go to the post office twice a week to send packages, Mondays and Thursdays.
International customers ARE responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions. I DO NOT refund original shipping charges for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country.

Returns & exchanges
I do not accept returns on any sewing or craft patterns/booklets/leaflets. I have done my best to explain any issues they may have. Please contact me before your purchase with any questions and/or concerns you may have about the item.
All patterns are complete and with instructions, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Patterns listed as cut, will be presumed to be used and patterns listed as uncut, will be presumed to be unused.
All patterns are originals and are not copies of the original.
All pattern pieces (unless they are still in factory folds) have been neatly ironed.
Each listing may include a cleaner/clearer picture of the envelope artwork with cosmetic changes. All of the other pictures included are unaltered (with the exception of being cropped) scanned copies of the actual item you will receive.
Your pattern will arrive to you in a protective sleeve.
